Title: Investment Banking Analyst
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a Middle Market Investment Bank looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to their M&A coverage team in Charlotte, NC. The firm is looking to continually grow and has a strong pipeline of deal flow allowing the Senior Analyst to gain extensive M&A reps. Joining will allow the Investment Banking Senior Analyst to be a part of a growing and entrepreneurial team within an establish brand name investment bank.
Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:
- Assisting in executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
- Sourcing new deals
- Being a part of client meetings and marketing meetings
- Partaking in research in order to generate new business
- Preparing for proposals, offering memoranda, transaction related financial models, and more for client meetings
Investment Banking Analyst should have the following qualifications:
- Experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development Accounting or related finance field (minimum 1 year)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Experience performing financial analysis as well as valuation analyses in excel
