Title: Account Manager, Personal Lines
Location: Quincy, Massachusetts
Position Overview:
As an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager, you will help guide clients through each stage of their insurance journey. In this position, you will ensure that clients receive top-tier service and coverage tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client accounts to ensure proper coverage
- Regularly review and update renewals to maintain accuracy
- Aid clients and prospects through the process of acquiring new business
- Proactively resolve issues by collaborating with clients and carriers
- Oversee registration procedures for new and renewal policies
- Keep organized and up-to-date electronic records and files
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Valid P&C license
- Superior customer service abilities
