Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Regularly update and manage the investment database to ensure accurate and current information.
- Asset Management: Support the implementation of business plans, including activities related to leasing, refurbishment, property enhancement, and asset disposition.
- Acquisition: Assess and act on new real estate investment opportunities, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses for new investment opportunities and existing assets within the portfolio.
- Fund Reporting: Prepare comprehensive investment committee memorandums, closing reports, quarterly fund reports, and minutes for investment committee meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management.
- Experience in fund management or fund reporting is advantageous.
- Genuine interest in real estate investments.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with waterfall distribution analysis is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present quantitative and qualitative data effectively.
- Confidence in explaining complex analytical and statistical concepts.
- Skill in developing client relationships with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
