This permanent position beckons those who are adept at navigating the complexities of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) within a fast-paced financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial modeling to evaluate potential investments
- Participate actively in all stages of transaction processes
- Collaborate with senior bankers on industrial sector deals
- Provide insightful analyses on market trends affecting the consumer goods space
Essential Skills:
- Financial Modelling: You will need advanced skills capable of crafting detailed models that predict future financial performance.
- Mergers & Acquisitions Expertise: Your experience should include 3-5 years focused primarily on executing transactions within this niche domain.#
- Sector Knowledge: A strong grasp over industrial or consumer sectors will set you apart-insight into both would be ideal.
