Title: Corporate Development Associate
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a privately held, global insurance company looking to add on a Corporate Development Associate to their team in Charlotte. The organization utilizes acquisitions as a core part of their growth strategy. The Corporate Development Associate will have the opportunity take on a lot of responsibility, and with that, be able to move up through the organization. The Corporate Development Associate will get to work directly with the C-Suite and learn directly from people who started in their shoes.
Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for:
- Working on all parts of the acquisition projects
- Researching and sourcing M&A targets
- Running the diligence process
- Communicating with C-suites and other executives across the business
Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualification:
- 2+ years Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or related field
- Knowledge of the Insurance and/or Financial Institutions Industries
- Knowledge of the full M&A process from beginning to end
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
