Role Overview:
As a Corporate Development Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our ambitious growth strategy by identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and supporting the integration of acquired companies. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to identify potential acquisition targets and growth opportunities within the industrials sector.
- Perform financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence, to assess the strategic fit and financial viability of potential acquisitions.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and investors.
- Support the due diligence process by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and HR, to ensure a seamless integration of acquired companies.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a similar role within the industrials sector.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
