Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional standard market teams, ensuring efficient business operations that drive growth, profitability, and policy retention.
- Work alongside leadership teams to foster open communication aimed at boosting productivity, refining work-flow processes, and sustaining positive morale.
- Offer insights on underwriting philosophies and guidelines for risk assessment and selection.
- Review renewal portfolios to assess sustainability.
- Assess referrals and establish suitable actions.
- Collaborate with other strategic sectors, including risk services leadership, who work closely with the middle market team.
