Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy tailored to the EMEA market.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in data or research subscriptions.
- Proven experience in the financial services industry; Fixed Income or Credit experience is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with C-level executives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel as needed across the EMEA region.
