We are currently working with a Global Real Estate Development Firm, who is looking to expand the operations of their Asset Management business here in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Asset Management Team to oversee the Logistics and Commercial assets.
- Support with financial modelling and work on annual budgeting, forecasting and preparing of reports.
- Be potentially involved with investments, including research, evaluation, analysis, and execution.
- This role may entail overseas travel.
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 5 years or prior experience in real estate portfolio or asset management.
- Has strong analytic skills and is proficient in financial modelling.
