Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end fundraising process for new and existing private equity funds.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including identifying potential investors, building the pipeline, and managing investor due diligence.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and fund documents for potential investors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective investors, including institutional investors, family offices, endowments, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors throughout the fundraising process, providing them with relevant updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Track investor commitments and ensure smooth onboarding of new investors.
