About the Role:
As an M&A Associate, you will play a critical role in providing strategic advisory services on high-profile transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients, managing all aspects of the deal process from initial pitch to closing. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support transaction valuation and structuring.
- Prepare detailed transaction materials, including pitch books, investment memoranda, and management presentations.
- Lead due diligence processes, coordinating with various stakeholders and third-party advisors.
- Support senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of M&A experience within investment banking, private equity, or a similar advisory role.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.
