Job Title: Investment Banking Sr. VP/ Director (Technology)
Location: Nashville, TN & Tampa, FL
Comp: $160,000 - $180,000 Base + Bonus
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a middle-market investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions for founder-owned and family-owned companies. Over the past three months, they have added five new clients and closed five deals. The firm operates as a generalist shop, covering sectors such as healthcare, technology, business services, industrials, consumer, and financial services
This Investment Banking SVP/ Director will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios and conduct in depth fundamental, financial and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments and acquisitions.
- Perform valuation and financial analyses, including M&A, DCF, project financing, trading comparable, precedent transactions, pro-forma projections and LBO analyses to provide the information needed to evaluate a potential development project, acquisition targets, and other corporate development and investment opportunities.
- Assist in day-to-day deal and project execution as well as business development targets.
- Maintain and development relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and risk.
This Investment Banking Sr. VP/ Director should have the following qualification:
- 4+ years in Investment Banking.
- Experience within Technology (plus if within the software space)
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN or Tampa, FL
