Position: Vice President, Investment Banking - Transportation & Logistics

Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President (VP) to join its Investment Banking team, specializing in the Transportation and Logistics sector. The VP will play a critical role in managing client relationships, leading deal execution, and contributing to the firm's strategic growth in this rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex transactions within the Transportation and Logistics sectors, including M&A, debt, and equity financings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Oversee the development of financial models, transaction structures, and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives, market trends, and sector analysis.
- Manage and mentor junior bankers, providing guidance and support throughout the deal process.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring successful execution of projects from inception through closing.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on Transportation and Logistics or related industries.
- Proven track record in leading transactions and managing client relationships.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
