Job Overview:
The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for :
- Crafting compelling investor presentations that clearly communicate investment opportunities.
- Drafting shareholder letters embodying transparency and insight into company performance.
- Preparing press releases poised for public relations success while echoing strategic messages.
- Conducting precise SEC reporting ensuring compliance coupled with clarity.
The Investor Relations Associate should have the following qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations or Business Development realm (preferred with Real Estate investments)
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Understanding of financial markets, investment principles and regulatory requirements
