Summary:
We are working alongside our client, a major international private bank with the headquarter in Luxembourg, in their search for an Outsourcing Manager, who can be based in Frankfurt or Luxembourg. In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the bank's outsourcing activities, ensuring that third-party services are delivered in line with the bank's strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and service quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive outsourcing strategy that supports the bank's business objectives and enhances operational efficiency.
- Continuously assess the market to identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and service improvements through outsourcing.
- Collaborate with senior management to align outsourcing strategies with overall business goals.
- Ensure all outsourcing activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing, including operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CIPS) is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in outsourcing, vendor management, procurement, or related fields, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Proven experience in managing complex outsourcing arrangements and vendor relationships.
- Fluency in both German and English
- Excellent understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
