Paris-Based Investor Relations/Capital Raising
A leading asset management firm specialising in sophisticated hedge fund strategies, with a primary focus on event-driven arbitrage, is looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional to lead capital-raising efforts out of their Paris office. This key role will be responsible for driving inflows from institutional investors and expanding the firm's global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capital Raising: Lead initiatives to raise capital from institutional investors for alternative investment products.
- Investor relations: Manage relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute capital-raising strategies.
- Product Promotion: Present the firm's investment strategies and track record to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in capital raising, ideally for comparable hedge fund strategies.
- Strong network across wealth and institutional investors, preferably with relationships outside of French-speaking Europe.
- Deep knowledge of hedge fund products; exposure to event-driven strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English required; Fluent French is preferred.
