Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the deal team in acquisition due diligence
- Market research

- Performing financial analysis and projection modeling
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of private equity experience, preferrably in real estate
- Strong real estate financial modeling skills
- Solid understanding of operations of various property types
- Proficiency in ARGUS
