Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of restructuring and turnaround engagements, working closely with senior directors and clients.
- Assist in developing and implementing restructuring plans to stabilize and enhance financial performance.
- Participate in bankruptcy proceedings, including preparing documentation and supporting creditor negotiations.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to inform restructuring strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, creditors, and legal advisors, to drive successful outcomes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend cost reduction and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in turnaround and restructuring, with exposure to bankruptcy engagements.
- Strong understanding of financial restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
