My client is one of the top Private Bank with footprint across the global. To support their expansion, the are now adding a new headcount to their Business Management team.
Duties:
- Support the strategy design and execution for the Asia private bank
- Conduct feasibility study regarding the expansion strategy on Asia and China onshore business
- Lead a team of RMs to handle their daily issue and implement scorecard for the team
- Maintain strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
- Lead change initiatives in coordination with front to back office while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 12+ years of working experience in private banking sector, especially in front office
- Sound knowledge in private banking business and products
- Familiar with Hong Kong and European regulatory polices
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent language proficiency
