The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of new products and services, as well as enhancing existing offerings to ensure the company remains ahead of its competitors.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with senior business leaders to develop new products and services
- Conduct user research and discovery to understand user needs and requirements
- Define and specify technical requirements for new products and services
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and to specification
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services
- Analyze and report on product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure that all products and services meet the company's high standards of quality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry
Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong data-oriented approach to product development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in the Financial Services industry
