Tech Ops Engineer - Prop Trading Firm - $120K - Chicago (On-Site)
A global proprietary trading firm, headquartered in Chicago, is seeking a Tech Ops Engineer to join their Technology Operations Team. You will be troubleshooting for multiple trading strategies and working within a dynamic trading environment that offers room for upward mobility.
Scope of Work:
- Monitor trading systems and work to identify and resolve complex issues
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot to keep trading applications online
- Work alongside Risk and Trading desks to understand and facilitate trading requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years of experience supporting trading systems and/or trade applications
- Linux troubleshooting experience
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
