Job Title: Turnaround and Restructuring Senior Associate
Location: New York, NY & Miami, FL

With a proven track record of helping businesses navigate challenging financial situations by providing operational, financial, and strategic solutions, they are dedicated to providing clients with strategic guidance to achieve successful turnarounds and restructurings. They are looking for individuals with strong modeling experience, a passion for the space, and prior experience in Turnaround & Restructuring and Bankruptcy! A minimum of 6 years of experience is required with lateral experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform valuation, liquidity, debt capacity, and other restructuring analyses
- Develop strategic reviews and evaluate distressed M&A opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations on restructuring and financial matters
- Detailed financial modeling
- Participate in client meetings and calls
- Execute and analyze post-close value creation initiatives

Qualifications:
- 6+ year of restructuring or other relevant experience
- Strong academic background in finance-related fields such as investment banking, management consulting, accounting, or other related fields
- High understanding of finance, financial modeling, business judgement, and attention to detail
- Very strong oral and written communication skills
- Superior Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Open to regular travel
Compensation:
Base Salary: $175,000
OTE: $265,000-$310,000
