Vice President of Capital Markets Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a proactive and results-driven capital formation strategy to raise capital from institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Establish and cultivate investor relationships with investors and their managers, attracting capital for a variety of real estate investment opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end fundraising process, including preparing marketing materials, managing due diligence, negotiating terms, and closing investor commitments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact fundraising efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.

Vice President of Capital Markets Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in capital formation, fundraising, investor relations, or related roles within the venture capital or private equity industry.
- Strong working knowledge of investment theory and practice within the family office marketplace - particularly equity investing
- Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital and closing deals in a competitive fundraising environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex investment concepts to diverse audiences.
