Vice President / Director
Salary: Base - $175,000 - $200,000 + Discretionary Bonus

The firm offers tailored asset-based financing solutions that support the origination of loans and other collateral, starting from $30 million and scaling upwards. The Vice President / Director should have the following qualifications:
- Strong academic background
- 8+ years of relevant experience across investment banking, private credit, structured finance etc
- Experience managing entire deal process (sourcing, execution, negotiation, closing)
- Strong communication both written and verbal
