Job Title: Vice President, Business Valuation

Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Serve as project lead on valuation engagements, providing strategic direction and leadership to the Valuations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Valuation Strategy: Develop and implement robust valuation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of valuation professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate valuation-related risks, staying abreast of regulatory changes and market trends.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on valuation-related matters.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience within business valuation, M&A, transaction advisory, investment banking, or financial consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management -- Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in leading teams to achieve and exceed goals and objectives
- Very strong oral and written communication skills
- Superior Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Open to light travel
- Desired certifications: CPA, CVA/AVA, AM&AA
Compensation:
Base Salary: $125,000-$180,000
OTE: $170,000-$215,000
