Senior FP&A Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis processes for a major business unit.

- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

Senior FP&A Manager Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience
- Manufacturing experience required (specific industry experience preferred but not required)
- MBA preferred but not required
