A B2B Fintech company based in Hamburg are currently looking for a Lead Product Manager to head up their Product Management and Product Analytics team.
Role is remote within Germany, and you will also have the benefit of working 30 days outside of Germany within the EU. Salary range for this role is between โฌ80,000 - โฌ120,000 a year depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 7 people, including product managers and product analysts to drive product development and innovation.
Develop and execute product strategies to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.
Create and maintain product roadmaps.
Ensure the successful delivery of product releases.
Your Profile:
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
Prior experience in fintech, especially in the B2B sector.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English (C1), and ideally in German.
