Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our Life Sciences team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, with a focus on the life sciences industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and collaborate with industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuation for life sciences companies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
- Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.
- Perform due diligence and industry research to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:
